Lush

Hi so I'm finally doing this, beware it may suck and be really bad, so don't say I didn't warn you, haha
So lush is a shop that sells soaps and nice things to go in the bath like bath fizzers. Lush products are vegan friendly and they are not tested on animals.
When I first went into the shop, the smell of organically made products hit me,  of fresh products. Like you'd think an old perfumery or pub would smell like, quite potent. My aunt even had to stand outside because the smell of all the products was so potent!

So I had someone help me and tell me about different products. The range in price varies, like I liked the look of this shower gel type thing which came in 3 sizes, the smallest one was like £4 and it was a tester size type bottle and then the prices increased to about £8 for the medium(your usual bottle of shower gel size) and so on.
So I ended up buying the smallest one because it was a lot of money on something I've never used before, I thought if I liked it and want more I will get a bigger size
Now the things I bought were nice and smelt nice, especially the dragons egg one it wasn't too sickly sweet. The other bath bomb and the snow fairy shower fell were nice in small doses as the smell of all the products flooded my bathroom and their smell was sickly sweet if used in high doses. I make it sound so medical haha.
Lush has some lovely products and I'm sure as a treat I will buy some from time to time but as someone who going for a bath is a lot of hassle and quite a lot of effort for many different reasons, I don't really spend half hour in the bath. Which is the amount of time it would've took for one of my "bath bombs"to properly dissolve, never mind to actually sit and relax in the bath. I don't really spend ten minutes in the bath let alone half an hour! I think that's why this review has took so long because it's not that I didn't like what I bought, although the scents could be overpowering, it's more to do with if you are someone who sits in and the bath and relaxs and that going for a bath is not such an effort.
* I hope that's a good review I've been trying to come up with the right words and to be honest have really come up with a case of writers block!
I hope my review makes sense, I have seriously bad skills at proofreading.
See you another time

For such a small bottle I've got a lot of use out of it, it's lasted a while. It's a lovely pink colour and it smells like liquorice and very sweet.
This was to be used gradually in bits, so naturally me being me when I tried to break a bit of to use ended in a bit of a mess. It was very much like the snow fairy shower gel and my bathroom smelled very sweet for about an hour afterwards.

Here's what "the comforter" looked like when dissolved.
This one was recommended by the lady who was helping me pick, saying it was her favourite. It was nice, took a while to dissolve, I had to swizzle it around to get it to dissolve faster. It had a nice smell, not as sweet as "the comforter" or the "snow fairy" shower gel.

Here's what it looks like once dissolved, which I thought looked really nice.

It's Christmas!!!!

Hi, sorry for the original title, also sorry for  the wall of silence with no new posts for a week or two. It's been an interesting week or two(I've been losing track of one week to the next).
I'm now having to have another blood test as my gp has had more results from my original blood test, which suggests I am low in vitamin b12. So to confirm that diagnosis, because it can go up and down, I'm having a blood test! Great news!, not! Haha, to add to the thrilling news as I was reading about how they treat the defieceny, they sometimes give you injections! It just gets better! So if I am low I am hoping I can have tablets instead.
So all my Christmas present shopping has finally been done and it's now 3 days until Christmas and less than 2 months until my birthday!
This week my mum and brother George went to visit my older brothers and their families. Oliver, and Luke, live near Liverpool and ironically on the same street across the road from each other. So we don't see them as much, so my mum and George went to take them their presents before Christmas. My brothers each have 2 children, a boy and a girl each. Bobby and Lola are Luke's kids, Kitty and Alfie are Oliver and his girlfriend Joanne's kids.
Fun fact- I was the one who got to name Bobby.
So that left my dad and my brother Tom and I at home. Now my dad can't cook to save his life and I don't think his 'what makes up a meal' thought track is the same as my mum. So on the day my mum and George left, we got a Chinese takeaway, which was really nice. Then as they were only going one day, we got a pizza from dominoes for tea before they got home at around 8:30. We also had my niece Daisy at our house.
Happy Christmas, I won't take so long to post again, I'm hoping to post for New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
But until then,
Happy Christmas, I hope everyone who reads this has a lovely Christmas!

Yeah my mum saw this at the train station on the way home for me! She knows me so well!

Life's changes....

Hi, I can finally say I've bought pretty much all my Christmas shopping and am currently waiting for it to be delivered. It's pretty exciting!
This week I feel like I'm still shattered from tonight alive and echosmith. So I went to the doctors on Monday for the results of my blood tests. Thankfully all the results were fine except for one. Vitamin D. I used to have to take vitamin d (and calcium) because when they tested it, it was low, 29, which is really low in itself. But this time it was 10, my gp even said it was one of the lowest hes ever seen. Yikes! So now I have to go back to taking them, I hated taking them the first time because they taste like milk. I don't like milk, don't drink it. I don't really like dairy to be honest really. So I have to take a booster type tablet, its a big dose, once a week for 6 weeks and then take a supplementary tablet twice a day every day. I think its something I'll always have to take, Boo! Lol! My mum and I had a sneaky suspicion if it was going to be anything it would be that, it's better than it being nothing or something serious though. My tablets had to be ordered in, I think because its such a high dose, so hopefully next time I write I will have been taking them a while and hopefully it will make a difference. Fingers crossed!

So this week I also met up with my ex teacher from school. You see for the last 2 years of school I have been tutored by a organization called ESTMA, I can't remember what it stands for?? It's like school but the teachers come to your house, but with me my teacher Ellie came to my school. It's for children with a medical issue, mentally or physically. I suffered severe depression and so was eligible for schooling through ESTMA. I finished my school years through ESTMA and I was one of my teacher's last students as she retired, ironically my last day at school was her last day in her job. We still keep in touch through email. So on Monday I went into town with my mum, my brother George and Daisy my niece. We met up at Greggs the bakery, quick tip: try their pizza its delicious, and had a catchup. My teacher, Ellie, said it was surreal as I during my school lessons had mentioned how she had to try the pizza at greggs, and how I was always going to get Greggs pizza afterwards. So she tried it and said it was quite nice! After we said goodbye, we went into morrisons and while my mum bought things for dinner, I bought Daisy some pajamas. One Direction pajamas! You can tell shes my niece, she likes Louis and she was there when I met them and I said to Louis how my niece loved her. He was really nice and said to say hi to her!

I'm hoping to post my lush review alongside this post.
I have tickets to the radio one music awards but at the moment, I have been so worn out I'm not sure whether I am going at the moment, If I do, I will do a blog post on it. One direction and clean bandit are performing!
Thanks for reading
See you soon
